Many different dishes are available including a fully stocked salad bar. Sierra’s Buffet is open 7 days a week – other casino buffets in Mesquite are open on the weekends only. Other highlights include the fried chicken, a great taco bar, and my kids love the dessert bar (it is pretty good). They do a braised brisket that just keeps me coming back.
