RFD and Party Pack would be my suggestion, favoring Party Pack if people have never played the game before because it is more simple to set up and play. It is similar to the party pack, but has newer expansion cards in addition to ones you would find in the party pack, but might have some that you might not even want to use, where the party pack is basically the original game designed for larger game groups and mirrors the original game better in my opinion. Recipes For Disaster is great as well for 10 players.
The Imploding Kitten is different from a regular Exploding Kitten, but is still an enjoyable addition to the game. Then get the imploding Kitten expansion as well. To allow 1 additional player and have a wider variety of cards.
